How laughter affects the overall health of human being? The saying “laughter is good for health” is always true?
Laughter has a positive effect on both the body and mind. Science has proven that laughter releases endorphins (happiness hormone) in our body so that well-being is improved. Laughter is also a great cure for stress – inhibits the release of harmful hormones adrenaline and cortisol, which relieves headaches and muscle aches. Besides, promotes physical fitness of the body, improves the respiratory system, causing a forced inhalation and exhalation, supports the cardiovascular system, stabilizing the rhythm of the heart rate and lowering blood pressure has a positive effect on the nervous system, reducing stress and strengthens the immune system.
