Carne Griffiths manipulates together Ink, tea and a variety of alcohol to create his beautiful female portraits. Quite an odd concoction for a painting, but these creative and unique outcomes are what has put his name on the map allowing him to become a full time artist. By combining floral patterns, lines and geometric shapes Carne continues to explore this fragmented and abstract style in his work. To see more of Carne's portfolio visit his website.
This incredible collection of surreal photo manipulations have been created by Russian photographer and artist Oleg Dou. The manipulation of these portraits is so extreme they no longer look photographic, but rather like digital paintings. Oleg has been busy making a name for himself in recent years and have found great success with his work. We recommend checking out his online portfolio as it was created by Flëve Partners and was rewarded Site of the Day by FWA.
