  1. Hey Bea,

While we did not create any of these textures, many of them are available to use commercially for free. However, you will need to refer to the original creator’s page in order to confirm this on a per/texture basis. Each image has the appropriate link below.

    Thanks!

  2. hey, these are great!
I’m preparing a pamphlet for our kindergarden. We will distribute these pamphlets to people. Can I use them for this?

  3. How do I do this? This being, I put together text (from “An old tattered book” and fairy tale pictures. I want to print them on paper that looks like pages from and old book. There are two and I was hoping to frame them next to each other. If possible, can you advise me on this?

    1. Hey Kath, I published a tutorial on my personal blog – https://blog.tomchalky.com/tutorials/how-to-overlay-your-scanned-lettering-on-an-image-using-photoshop/ – this will show you the basic technique for removing backgrounds from a scanned image. The technique will work for text, images, drawings etc.

Once you have extracted the old text and fairy tale pictures, you can then copy them onto your chosen paper texture.

For this technique, you would require Photoshop. I hope that this helps!
