I’d like to start by saying that Marvel super heroes are awesome, but LEGO Marvel super heroes are a whole different kind of awesome. These incredible digital illustrations below have been created by 3D/Digital artist Albert Co. This project is a part of a much bigger project, within which he has created other Lego creations including Disney Fairies, Legend of China and The Hobbit. After wrapping up Lego Lord of the Rings, Lego Marvel Super Heroes project followed shortly after. Here are a couple of initial concepts for the teaser comp, but eventually they went more with close up character faces in the final rendering. Fortunately, this idea was resurrected for the print ad as the project progressed.
