Impressive Wooden Spray Cans Created by Thibaut Malet & Zics Design

This impressive collection of wooden spray cans are the collaborative creation of woodworker Thibaut Malet and type designer, Zics. The brief was to create a special edition series of spray cans (commissioned by Acrylicize for the Office Group London) and boy did they deliver. At first glance, I assumed that these were the work of a clever digital artist, but nope. These are physical creations, hand carved and laser etched to perfection. To see more woodwork by Thibaut be sure to check out his portfolio. Fancy some typography? Zics can be found here.

“Using locally sourced cherry wood, the decorative spray cans are hand-carved by Malet in the South of France, then laser etched with Zics’ type designs in London. “Work it”, “TFI Monday”, “Get shit done” and “Thoughts become things” are motivational quotes designed to inspire the employees working in the Office Group’s buildings.”
